Credit The fees are set to offset the cost of staff, supplies, building cost, etc. Therefore, we do not provide any credit or trading of days for absences, illness, vacation or inclement weather/emergency closures. Late Pick-Up After 6pm, $1.00 per minute will be payable to the teacher who has volunteered to stay with your child. Registration Fee Registration fee is paid annually and is non-refundable. Discounts apply to EFT clients at the time of annual registration. Rate Increase Rates are due to increase in January, however we reserve the right to increase them at any time. Inclement Weather/Earthquake/Emergency Closures Please refer to your individual school and Parent Handbook. Late Payments If payment is 5 days past the due date a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed. If two late charges are assessed within the school year by VHFLC you may be put in the RISK POOL and a VHFLC representative will contact you for payment options. AFS AFS provider listing or other voucher forms must accompany registration materials or payment is the responsibility of the parent. The parent must pay the registration fee at the time of registration. Parent is responsible for any Co-Pays and any amount AFS does not pay. Changing Schedule We allow you the opportunity to change your schedule, up to a maximum of four times per school year. Your change will only be effective when the Main Office is informed in writing. Your change must be received at the main office by mail, fax, or email no later than the 20th of the current month to be effective on the 1st of the next month. If you wish a mid month change, the office must be notified no later than the 5th for the effective date to start on the 15th. Early Release/Half Days For monthly tuition families care is provided at no additional cost if your child attends on a closure day that falls on child's regularly scheduled day. Closure Packages Closure packages can be purchased. See School age Closures information on the rates form. Finder's Fee Parents are to call our main office at 503-452-8633 when their child is absent, ill, or not coming in. A finder's fee of $10.00 may be assessed when staff is taken away from attending other children because a parent has not notified us. Winter/Spring Breaks Full day care is offered. Tuition for the months of Winter and Spring Break will remain the same unless Full day care is needed, for which an additional amount will be charged. Fees are determined by the activities planned for each week and therefore may vary. This fee must be paid by the due date to insure space for your child. Care will not be provided to those with an outstanding balance. Behavior Policy I have agreed to support the Behavior Policy as Outlined. School Release I understand that my child's school provides space for the Vermont Hills Family Life Center Before and/or After School Age Program. This school does not supervise the care. I will not expect the school to take responsibility for the care of my child or the manner in which the facility is operated, even if the school staff has knowledge of any particular aspect of the care provided. | ||
