Early Bird Discount Policy For Summer Camp
Purpose
To encourage early registration and support planning, we offer a limited Early Bird Discount to the first eligible registrations.
1) Discount Offer
Amount: 10% off the standard camp tuition/registration fee.
Availability: Automatically applied to the first 8 (eight) eligible registrants who meet all criteria below.
2) Eligibility Criteria
A registration counts toward the Early Bird Discount only when all of the following conditions are met:
Complete Registration: All required forms are submitted in full and accurately.
Secured Spot: The required tuition deposit is paid at the time of registration.
Confirmation: The registration is accepted and confirmed by the camp registrar
Good Standing: The family has no outstanding balances with the camp.
Note: Starting or saving an incomplete registration does not reserve an Early Bird slot.
3) How It’s Applied
The discount applies per camper unless stated otherwise.
The registrar will apply the discount automatically to qualifying registrations until the 8‑person limit is reached.
If a household registers multiple campers at once:
Each completed, eligible camper registration is counted individually.
The discount will be applied in the order transactions are completed.
4) Cap and Waitlist
Once 8 Early Bird discounts have been granted, any further registrations will be at the standard rate.
We do not maintain an Early Bird waitlist. If a discounted registration is cancelled before camp, the discount does not roll to the next registrant.
5) Payment & Deadlines
Early Bird registrants must follow the camp’s standard payment schedule.
If a payment deadline is missed, the camp may cancel the registration, and the discount will be forfeited.
6) Cancellations & Refunds
Standard cancellation and refund policies apply to Early Bird registrations.
The 10% discount:
- Is not transferable to another season.
- Does not convert to cash or additional credit if a family later receives financial aid, other discounts, or refunds.
7) Scholarships
Scholarships/financial aid is administered separately and is not typically available for summer months
8) Communication & Proof
Final discount recipients are determined by timestamp in the registration system
9) Administrative Authority
The camp reserves the right to interpret and administer this policy, verify eligibility, and correct errors with prompt notice to families.
10) Effective Dates
This policy is effective for the 2026 summer camp season and applies to registrations submitted on or after April 6th, 2026, until the 8‑discount limit is reached.
